Job Description

Start Date:ASAP

Full time - Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm

Primary Responsibilities

  • #1 Priority : Resolving any issues the client may have (ex. billing, services, various packages, etc.)
  • Make outbound retention calls to existing customers who have recently obtained and/or upgraded services on their account.
  • Enthusiastically present and promote our services to potential clients
  • Assess the requirements of potential clients and provide them with a solution that best fits their business needs

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Extremely patient and understanding
  • Previous experience in conflict resolution
  • Perfect command of English
  • Quick learner and ability to work independently
  • Strong phone presence and conversational skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and appropriately (de-escalation)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Punctual and committed to work schedule

Overview

Schedule: Full Time – Permanent

Shift: 9am-5pm

Salary: $75,000 on average = ($14/hourly rate + commission structure)

Insurance: Attractive insurance plan at 6 months

Work Location : 4700 Rue de la Savane, #210, Montreal, QC, H4P 1T7
