We are seeking a highly skilled Local Marketing Support Agent to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients in managing their Google Business Profiles.

Job Description

As a Junior Local Marketing Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' Google and Meta business profiles are optimized and issue-free. You will directly communicate with clients and the above platforms to resolve any problems, ensuring our clients maintain a strong and accurate online presence.

Overview

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am- 5pm EST

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $19 per hour

Working from home: Candidates are required to have internet and a computer (Mac is not compatible).

***We will need to be able to install our own version of Office365
***The user will need to dedicate a browser that they are NOT currently using for personal use. Our preferred browser during work hours is Chrome.

Responsibilities

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding their Google, Facebook and Instagram Business Profile inquiries and issues.
  • Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to clients, explaining processes and resolving issues effectively.
  • Educate clients on best practices for managing and optimizing their Google Business Profiles.

Google Business Profile Management:

  • Verify and update client information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Optimize client profiles to improve local search visibility and performance.
  • Resolve issues such as suspensions, duplicate listings, incorrect information, and other profile-related problems.
  • Ensure client profiles comply with Google's policies and guidelines.

Issue Resolution:

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by clients.
  • Communicate directly with Google support to expedite resolution of client profile issues.
  • Document and track all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about the latest Google Business Profile features, updates, and policies.
  • Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing and supporting Google Business Profiles or similar local marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of local SEO and online marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with Google/Meta support processes and escalation paths.
  • Strong phone facing experience with ability to handle elevated call volume.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other support tools.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Able to grasp concepts quickly and learn efficiently.
  • Being able to work on a team.
