Job Description

Start Date: ASAP

Full time - Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm, EST

Primary Responsibilities

  • #1 Priority: Resolve any issues the client may have (ex. billing, services, various packages, etc.);
  • Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to fulfill the needs of existing customers that are at risk of cancelling services;
  • Enthusiastically present our services to existing clients with the goal of increasing satisfaction and securing renewals;
  • Assess our client’s issues and provide them with a solution that best fits their business needs;
  • Act as a client advocate by advising available options and service that are beneficial to them;


  • Must have a minimum of 1-year previous experience in conflict resolution;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Excellent negotiation skills - Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives;
  • Extremely Patient – this role requires a high degree of patience, as retention specialists need to gather information related to customer dissatisfaction and determine how to best resolve the situation;
  • Problem-solving skills – effective problem-solving is central to this position. Client Advocacy and Success Team Member needs to think on their feet to provide solutions to customer issues;
  • Organization skills – organization is also key in this role, because Client Advocacy and Success Team Member must maintain detailed records of interactions and update customer accounts to reflect changes;
  • Perfect command of the English language;
  • Quick learner and ability to work independently;
  • Strong phone presence and conversational skills;
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently;
  • Punctual and committed to a full-time work schedule;


Salary: $15/hourly rate + commission structure
