Job description

We are looking for a motivated and positive candidate to join our friendly and social telemarketing team! You will play a fundamental role in crafting important relationships with potential clients by getting your foot in the door and introducing our product. Not only is there commission and bonuses for your hard work, but you’ll also be rewarded with plenty of team activities. No previous sales experience is required but any extensive phone experience would be a huge asset as you will be taking calls most of the day.

Overview

Schedule: Full Time – Permanent

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (EST)

Starting Salary: $15.00 per hour base + bonus and commissions

Note: Our telemarketing agents are earning an average of $15 to $22 per hour after bonus and commission!

 

Working from home: 

  • Candidates are required to have internet and a computer (Mac is not compatible).
  • We will need to be able to install our own version of Office365
  • The user will need to dedicate a browser that they are NOT currently using for personal use. Our preferred browser during work hours is Chrome.

 

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to small American business owners to introduce our website designing services
  • Schedule sales appointments and/or receive relevant email information for further communication
  • Confirm important information to assess what type of service we can offer
  • Generate warm leads for our sales team by promoting our services in a positive, friendly, and confident manner

 

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Perfect command of the English language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivated and passionate about exceeding all quotas and goals
  • You are a self-starter and have a high-energy personality
  • Previous phone/sales experience is not mandatory but is an asset
